HVFF Organization Status
- Draft of HVFF bylaws available for review. Copies were handed out to meeting attendees. When the bylaws are finalized, we will update on the new website.
What is the situation with HVFF’s not for profit status?
- We have to be a “B” or “C” to be non-profit at state and federal level.
- We are going for “B” which is educational.
- State non-profit filing will be this week.
- If everything goes through, we should be able to launch new website in 2-4 weeks (before the next club meeting in Feb. 2020).

In 2020 will increase the directors to 8. We can increase or decrease the roles at any time.

- NeASA:
- Disposition of current treasure (NeASA) was discussed. E.g. donations/earmarks for purposes within HVFF. To be discussed further.
- ~15 members; we plan to roll these members into the new website membership roster.
- Wayne will discuss in more detail with NeASA club directors in the next week or so.
Social media
We don’t need to set anything up now. But we can do something after HVFF becomes official.
- Instagram: use to increase awareness of club activities
- Facebook & twitter: use to drive current site participants to the new HVFF website, as well as promote beyond.
- Facebook: update existing FB page(s) from SNYHGPA to HVFF rather than creating new pages.
Resnick Airport
- We may be getting a tug pilot operating out of Resnick.
- Also, Greg may start using his static winch at Resnick.
