Additionally, Paul served on the USHPA Board of Directors for 35 years, and was the Vice President for three terms under two presidents. Paul has been flying Hang Gliders for 50+ years, and is a P-4 since 1998, and owned and ran a flight school, “Fly High “, for 34 years.
