USHPA director election starts today...
Hello Readers !
Today starts the voting period for the next slate of directors (regional) who will replace the ones whose terms are timing out.
With this "New Governance" system the membership voted in.... members can vote for ANY 4 people to fill the slots.... regardless of the candidates location.
For example.... a California pilot can vote for me. (I'm on the ballot) 😉
If I get the most votes of candidates running in Region 5 (our region)... I'll continue on as Director for the region another term.
I CAN offer my opinion (privately via e-mail or phone) on who I believe are the best 4 candidates(and why) if you would like my opinion.
It IS important.... that the board contains the right/best people to steer the ship in a good direction....
