EAA Chapter 501 Young Eagles Rally Oct. 29

EAA Chapter 501 tries to schedule four Young Eagles events a year. This year we hit three out of four, with one rained out. We're trying again on Sunday, Oct. 29th.

The pilots who participate in the Young Eagles program are local members of EAA who are volunteering their time and aircraft to make your flight possible. Each Young Eagles pilot is certificated with the Federal Aviation Administration or Transport Canada. Flights are conducted according to federal regulations and no aerobatic maneuvers will be performed.
Peflight and flight time amount to about 30 minutes combined. Flights typically take a northerly circuit from the airport to the Wanaque and Monksville reservoirs and back.
Btw we just announced it and already have 100 kids registered but registration is still open.
