The next Hudson Valley Free Flight meeting will take place on Saturday 4/27 7pm at the PaperMill, with zoom option.https://ccny.zoom.us/my/brianvanthull... Please arrive by 6:30 if you wish to order dinner. The agenda going forward will continue to be the endeavor to open new flying sites. The club is looking for volunteers to enable pursuing multiple sites in parallel.

Our next meeting will be at the Paper Mill on June 1.Officers will meet at 6:30.We will have Zoom for virtual attendees.

This Saturday, 6-15-24, we are slated to hike the Overlook Mountain Trail in search of the old or existing HG/PG launch. From conversations with local pilots we believe we have the location pinned on Google Earth. The address of the trailhead is: 335 Meads Mountain RoadWoodstock, NY 12498 The long range weather looks good for Saturday with the high temp only getting into low 80’s right now. The goal is to leave the parking area at 9:00 am. It’s a 2.5 mile hike to the summit.
