Fall Work Party
Our next planned work party will be starting at 8 AM, meeting at the gate at launch. A lot of work is planned, but if we have many hands and good weather, perhaps we can fly later. The following is planned: Clearing vegetation and debris from the road launch so we can use it this winter seasonClearing vegetation from the west launchRepairing diverters on the road to launchUsing two truck loads of material to repair storm damage on the road to launch Volunteers should bring any of the following tools if they have them: Work glovesRakesShovelsLoppers and other tools for cutting vegetationChainsaws There may be a group lunch (pizza or similar), but be sure to bring snacks and water to keep yourself hydrated.
