Treasury: ~$1400, no obligations.
Buying launch: Tony wants to do it in 4 or 5 years, and wants nearly half the total cost of $650 as down payment. Obviously this is more difficult than originally anticipated and will require more negotiation and planning.
Work party: Many potholes in road to launch, will need to order more road material. West launch is in need of chainsaws to hit stuff that comes into play during a dead wind launch. Also need to clear the road launch. May want to fill developing depressions on NW launch: road material then topsoil and seed. Aim for November 6.
