Fall Work Party

Our next planned work party will be starting at 8 AM, meeting at the gate at launch. A lot of work is planned, but if we have many hands and good weather, perhaps we can fly later.

The following is planned:

• Clearing vegetation and debris from the road launch so we can use it this winter season
• Clearing vegetation from the west launch
• Repairing diverters on the road to launch
• Using two truck loads of material to repair storm damage on the road to launch

Volunteers should bring any of the following tools if they have them:

• Work gloves
• Rakes
• Shovels
• Loppers and other tools for cutting vegetation
• Chainsaws

There may be a group lunch (pizza or similar), but be sure to bring snacks and water to keep yourself hydrated.
