SUMMARY:Overlook Mountain Hike & Launch Expedition
DESCRIPTION:This Saturday\, 6-15-24\, we are slated to hike the Overlook Mountain Trail in search of the old or existing HG/PG launch. From conversations with local pilots we believe we have the location pinned on Google Earth. \n\n\n\nThe address of the trailhead is: \n\n\n\n335 Meads Mountain RoadWoodstock\, NY 12498 \n\n\n\nThe long range weather looks good for Saturday with the high temp only getting into low 80’s right now. The goal is to leave the parking area at 9:00 am. It’s a 2.5 mile hike to the summit. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in coming\, please email (wayneneckles@yahoo.com) or text (845-590-3241) Wayne Neckles by Friday evening so he has a head count for Saturday.
